Hamilton Island Offers a choice of rewards for organisers

Hamilton Island Offers a choice of rewards for organisers

Hamilton Island is not normally a destination requiring much enticement to visit – but meeting and event planners are in luck with a special motivation being offered for conferences and incentives booked to travel to Hamilton Island in March or April.

Organisers can choose between three special offers:

1. We’ll take you away! Hamilton Island will cover the cost of your airfares and whisk you up to the island for a night or two for up to two company representatives. A great way to have a hosted site inspection and plan the details for your group visiting in March and April.

OR

2.We’ll shout your drinks! Hamilton Island will pick up the tab for one hour of beverages at one of your group’s on-island activities.

OR

3. We’ll dress you up! Hamilton Island will provide complimentary theming for our popular “Surf’s Up” Beach Party on Catseye Beach (excluding audio visual).

For more information, call Hamilton Island’s Business Tourism team on 02 9433 3333 as some conditions apply.

The tourism award winning Hamilton Island Business Tourism team knows how to provide conferences and incentives with a difference. Hamilton Island has an array of conference facilities and can cater for groups of up to 1000 people.

The natural facilities on Hamilton Island and the nearby Great Barrier Reef and Whitehaven Beach provide inspiration for creative conferences and events with a myriad of activities ranging from beach sports to match-race sailing.

Some of the more popular activities slotted into formal conference programmes include a buggy rally, themed dinners, beach activities and a spot of sailing. Aviation touring over the Great Barrier Reef is a fantastic incentive activity as well as diving, snorkelling and visiting Reefworld (where you don’t even have to get wet to enjoy the splendour of the reef).

Hamilton Island is one of Australia’s favourite conference and incentive destinations. Not only does the island feature a diverse selection of quality dining experience, but there’s also a great level of choice in accommodation, activities and touring. Hamilton Island has five hotels, an array of apartments and villas, seven swimming pools, more than 40 activities, over 20 shops and boutiques, a chapel and is serviced by daily flights from Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. Flights from Adelaide will commence in March 2006
